Request Plumbing Service

Call (216) 238-6858 or send the form below. Either way, you will talk to someone who can tell you plainly what is likely going on and what it will take to fix it.

What Happens After You Send It

  1. We read your request

Your request comes straight to us. We look at the service, the urgency and your notes before we call.

  2. We call you back

We call during working hours to ask a few questions and agree on a time that suits you.

  3. We show up on time

We arrive in the window we gave you, look at the problem and explain what we find in plain language.

  4. You decide

You get an honest quote before any work starts. No upselling, and no pressure to fix what does not need fixing.

What to Have Ready

None of this is required, but each item makes the first visit shorter and more useful.

  • Where the problem is: which fixture, which floor, and whether it affects one drain or several.
  • When it started and what has changed since, such as a gurgle that turned into a backup.
  • For a water heater: the brand, the age if you know it, and whether it runs on gas or electricity. The label on the tank has all three.
  • Where your main water shutoff is, usually where the water line enters the basement near the meter.
  • A clear path to the problem: room under the sink, around the water heater or next to the floor drain and cleanout.
  • Anything already tried, such as a plunger or a drain cleaner, so we know what is in the pipe.

Questions About Requesting Service

Can I send photos of the problem?

Yes, and they help. The form cannot carry attachments, so after you send it, email photos to office@winterhurstplumbingservices.com with your name in the subject line. A photo of a water heater’s label, a leaking joint or the fixture you want installed tells us what parts to bring.

Is it better to call or to use the form?

If water is coming through a ceiling, a pipe has split or sewage is backing up into the basement, call (216) 238-6858 so we can talk you through the shutoff while we sort out a time. For anything that can wait a day or two, or a project you are planning, the form works well and gives us the details in writing.

Do you work outside Lakewood?

Yes. Besides Lakewood, we work in Cleveland’s west side neighborhoods, Rocky River, Fairview Park, Bay Village and Westlake. The service area page lists the ZIP codes.
